A booking is confirmed on receipt of the booking form and deposit.

Food allergies have to be advised before the event, not on the day or during the class or party.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for money, if a place on a course is reserved using a gift voucher and the recipient fails to turn up no alternative date will be offered.

Adults are no longer permitted to wait inside the venue , the only exception being the host’s parents.
